Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery. Customer pays for exchange shipping. Returns accepted only for damaged items with proof.

Refunds processed within 7 days to the original payment method. For international customers, customs charges are borne by the customer.

Non-returnable items: sale items, intimate wear, customized or digital goods.
